One Hungary completes acquisition of Direct One's assets

Hungarian telecom group 4iG has completed the acquisition of Direct One's Hungarian satellite customer base and cable TV distribution portfolio. The transaction, which involved 4iG subsidiary One Hungary and Canal+ Luxembourg, along with its Hungarian subsidiaries, completed the transfer and cooperation agreement initially signed in July 2024. Consequently, from 01 December 2025, One Hungary Ltd will be responsible for providing all services associated with this business unit to its subscribers.
