Ivy League Sports, a non-profit organization headquartered in the US, was founded in 1954, with approximately 50 employees, and reported $4.6M in revenue as of 2023. The organization functions as an American collegiate athletic conference of eight private research universities in the Northeastern United States. It participates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I and, in football, in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). The term Ivy League also broadly refers to these eight schools, which have also been referred to as the "Ancient Eight."
