On December 9, 2024, Ademi LLP filed a lawsuit in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware against several individuals and entities, including Tata Communications Limited. On July 17, 2025, the Tata Communications board approved the acquisition of Solutions Infini Technologies (India) from Kaleyra S.P.A. for Rs 123.6 crore.
