Kuzey Kibris Turkcell, also known as KKTCELL, is a privately owned telecommunications provider headquartered in Cyprus. A subsidiary of Turkcell Group (Holding), the company was founded in 1999 and employs approximately 270 individuals, reporting $56.5M in revenue as of 2025. Operating as Northern Cyprus's largest network by both coverage and subscriber base, KKTCELL has transitioned from a mobile-only provider into a converged digital operator, integrating 4.5G/5G mobile services with fixed-line fiber internet through its Lifecell Digital arm. The company has achieved 99.6% population coverage with 4.5G and operates active 5G experience zones while preparing for a full-scale 5G rollout. Beyond connectivity, KKTCELL manages a local version of the Turkcell digital ecosystem, offering localized versions of the BiP messaging app, TV+ streaming, and fizy music services, and established its own solar power plant as part of renewable energy initiatives.
