Kuzey Kibris Turkcell, also known as KKTCELL, is a privately owned company headquartered in Cyprus and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Turkcell Group. Founded in 1999, the company operates as a telecommunications provider with approximately 270 employees and reported $56.5M in revenue as of 2025. Functioning as the largest network in Northern Cyprus by both coverage and subscriber base, KKTCELL has transitioned from a mobile-only provider into a converged digital operator, integrating 4.5G/5G mobile services with fixed-line fiber internet via its Lifecell Digital arm. The company has achieved 99.6% population coverage with 4.5G and operates active 5G experience zones as it prepares for a full-scale 5G rollout by 2028. Beyond connectivity, KKTCELL manages a local version of the Turkcell digital ecosystem, offering localized versions of the BiP messaging app, TV+ streaming, and fizy music services, and is the first TRNC operator to establish its own solar power plant as part of its renewable energy initiatives.
