Formed through the merger of Latvian Television and Latvian Radio, LSM aims to produce multimedia content across various platforms. While initially operating with 865 employees and a €51.359 million budget, by 2023, the organization's headcount had decreased to 30, and its revenue was below $10 million. LSM continues to operate under the Latvian Radio and Latvian Television brands, offering programming in Latvian, English, and eleven minority languages. Its headquarters are located in Latvia.
