Livingston Football Club, a privately owned entity, is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Founded in 1995, the organization employs approximately 80 individuals and primarily offers sports tickets, merchandise, and sponsorship opportunities. The club functions as a Scottish professional football club based in Livingston, West Lothian, currently playing in the Scottish Championship. Originally founded in 1943 as Ferranti Thistle, a works team, it was admitted to the Scottish Football League and renamed Meadowbank Thistle in 1974, playing matches at Meadowbank Stadium in Edinburgh. In 1995, the club relocated to Livingston, West Lothian, adopting the town's name, and has since played its home games at Almondvale Stadium.
