Pat Doran, formerly Synchronoss’ chief technology officer and executive vice president for R&D, was promoted to chief executive. Synchronoss announced Doran's appointment on March 26, noting that he replaced former CEO Jeff Miller and Chief Financial Officer Lou Ferraro, both of whom stepped down after the transaction closed.
