Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP), a state-owned Moroccan broadcast media production and distribution company, was established on May 31, 1959, in Rabat by Mehdi Bennouna. Employing approximately 380 people, MAP operates under the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication. Its core function is the gathering, processing, and distribution of national and international news, disseminated in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
