Magnify Media, headquartered in the UK, was founded in 2015 with an estimated 20 employees. Initially operating as a privately owned UK-based television distribution and rights management company for entertainment providers, it specialized in working with producers and rights owners to develop and manage content rights for global platforms. The company focused on unscripted formats and factual programming, including titles such as Handmade: Good with Wood. Plimsoll Productions acquired a full stake in Magnify Media in 2020, making it Plimsoll's distribution arm. Following ITV Studios' acquisition of Plimsoll Productions in 2022, Magnify Media's operations and catalogue were integrated into ITV Studios' distribution business.
