Maziv, also known as Community Investment Ventures Holdings (CIVH), is a privately owned company headquartered in South Africa. Founded in 2022, the company reported $425.7M in revenue as of 2025. Functioning as a fibre infrastructure holding company, Maziv was formed by Remgro-owned Community Investment Ventures Holdings (CIVH) to consolidate its fibre network operators Dark Fibre Africa (DFA) and Vumatel, with Vumatel-subsidiary Herotel joining the group in 2022.
