On October 8, 2026, Motul and McLaren Racing strengthened their technical collaboration, extending their partnership to encompass bespoke Formula 1 gearbox fluids and the 2027 World Endurance Championship Hypercars. McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown and Motul Management Board President and CEO Olivier Montange expressed enthusiasm for the expanded alliance. Earlier the same day, The Procter & Gamble Company announced a partnership with McLaren Racing and The McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, unveiled ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix, to engage Formula 1 fans across Asia Pacific. This follows the company's confirmation, also on October 8, that production of the McLaren 750S will conclude in 2027. The 750S, introduced in 2023 as the successor to the McLaren 720S, alongside models such as the 720S, 765LT, and the newly revealed 788HS, marks a decade of the company's lightweight V8 performance supercars.
