Founded in 2012, with approximately 110 employees, the company specializes in media managed services. The enterprise was established with initial capital backing from Shanda Games, an online game operator, and venture capital firms like Shenzhen Capital Group, providing upstream access to gaming intellectual properties. The company scaled its operations by establishing additional domestic offices in Suzhou and Beijing, alongside an international development division in Santa Monica, California, to develop projects with creative talent. Its intellectual property library and theatrical catalogue include 3D animated features such as Dragon Nest: Warriors' Dawn and its sequel Throne of Elves (both adapted from Shanda's online gaming franchise), The Three Little Pigs and the Lamp, the Mike Johnson-directed Ping Pong Rabbit, and the international co-production Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds.
