Miraj Cinemas confirmed its entry into Patiala with the January 23 launch of its four-screen multiplex, Miraj Cinemas Spectra Mall. Located on the second floor of Spectra Mall on Rajpura Road, the new property features a total seating capacity of 803 seats, offering a mix of regular and premium formats. Earlier on January 23, the company detailed the introduction of its 'Signature' premium format at the Patiala location, which was described as bringing an experience-driven cinema offering to the city. This followed an announcement on January 22, where Miraj Cinemas stated its expansion of footprint in Punjab with the new Spectra Mall property, designed to offer a premium experience with contemporary interiors, advanced cinema technology, and a focus on comfort.
