In February 2020, Molinare opened a new ADR suite to increase its ADR output. In the same month, Nigel Bennett was promoted to managing director following Julie Parmenter's departure after seven years with the company. Furthermore, Des Murray joined Molinare as a senior Flame artist, having previously worked on projects such as Netflix's "Don't F**k...". Lastly, Molinare's CEO, Nigel Bennett, and director of technology and visual services, Darren Woolfson, reunited with Raes, who previously worked with them.
