Earlier, on February 17, NFTC sponsored the Brooksong Retreat & Cancer Support Centre, which offers nature-based retreats and supportive programs for individuals and families facing cancer. On the same date, NFTC also announced its sponsorship of four local hockey organizations for the 2025-2026 season: the Frontenac Flyers U13 Select Hockey Team, Frontenac Fury Girls Hockey Association, and the North Middlesex Stars Jr.
