Earlier, on August 11, 2026, Nordic Capital detailed the financing package for its $1.38 billion investment in ADVANZ PHARMA, which includes $360 million in Euro-denominated Term Loan B, $1.02 billion in other secured debt, and a $200 million undrawn multi-currency RCF. The acquisition financing is expected to be implemented through a scheme of arrangement, with the transaction projected to complete in Q2 2021.
