In March 2026, NxVi Technology partnered with IO Industries to launch an integrated 8K workflow for live production, leveraging NxVi's THEIA E1 Multi-channel Extraction System and IO Industries’ 8KSDI cameras. Previously, on October 13, 2025, NxVi's THEIA R2 Multi-Channel 4K/UHD Recorder & Player secured official Apple ProRes certification, allowing its seamless integration into professional ProRes workflows. In September 2025, NxVi showcased its 8K/AI solutions and full portfolio at IBC 2025 in Amsterdam. This followed the August 25, 2025, unveiling of both the THEIA R2 multi-channel 4K/UHD recorder & player, and the THENA A2, an AI edge inference platform.
