Earlier in February 2026, Rachel Carson, formerly of Kartoon Studios and Little Dot Studios, was appointed acquisitions executive at Off The Fence, reporting to VP Loren Baxter, a move intended to strengthen the company's "full portfolio rights expertise." Previously, in October 2025, former Off The Fence executives Celine Ritchie and Peter Mills-Frost joined the development team at UK production company One Tribe TV. This followed Off The Fence making its initial content licensing partnerships under the World Storytelling Media Group (WSMG) umbrella at MIPCOM on October 13, 2025. WSMG had launched the previous month, acquiring Off The Fence's assets after Insight TV's acquisition, which lifted the company out of bankruptcy but also led to the closure of its production arm.
