Onet, a privately owned Polish company founded in 1996, is the largest news portal in Poland. It is part of Ringier Axel Springer Polska, a larger media group operating in Central and Eastern Europe with over 100 print titles and 70 online services. Ringier Axel Springer Polska also publishes other prominent Polish media, including the daily newspaper Fakt and the dating site Sympatia. Onet employs approximately 470 people.
