Panathinaikos BC

Panathinaikos BC, a privately owned entity headquartered in Greece, was established as a professional basketball team in 1919. The team, which employs approximately 130 individuals, reported $18.4M in revenue as of 2023. Functioning as the professional basketball team of the major Athens-based multi-sport club Panathinaikos A.O., and owned by the Giannakopoulos family, the club holds the distinction, along with Aris, of being one of the only Greek teams never to have been relegated from the top division, participating in every Greek First Division Championship.
