Founded in 2009 by media entrepreneur Mara Lobão and creative partner Rodrigo Montenegro, the company operates with approximately 20 employees and specializes in entertainment content rights. Functioning as an independent studio, Panoramica focuses on producing culturally resonant storytelling, with a niche strategy of adapting native, best-selling juvenile and young-adult literature into cinematic events. Over its history, the company has developed an intellectual property portfolio that includes more than 50 television series formats and 14 feature films. Its commercial catalog features streaming and theatrical titles such as Confessions of an Invisible Girl (Confissões de uma Garota Excluída), DJ Cinderela, Sleeping Princess, the four-part Amazon franchise An Unforgettable Year (Um Ano Inesquecível), Shooting My Life's Script (Fazendo Meu Filme), and the comedy franchises Anything for a Pop Star 1 & 2 (Tudo por um Pop Star).
