Previously, on June 18, PTZOptics unveiled new Visual Reasoning demonstrations at InfoComm 2026, which included a public debut of a healthcare integration with LayerJot. This demonstration utilized LayerJot's computer vision software to analyze surgical instrument utilization and automate reporting by tracking instruments on operating tables. The company also showcased natural-language camera automation and real-time scene understanding during the event. Earlier, on June 17, PTZOptics collaborated with AI-software developer Detect-It and computer hardware supplier Comtronix to develop an AI inspection platform. This system aims to enable manufacturers in sectors such as automotive, heavy equipment, and food and beverage to deploy on-site, real-time inspection automation and intelligence efficiently.
