On September 17, 2025, Suzuki selected the Qt framework for its first battery electric vehicle, the e-VITARA's digital cockpit. This represents a step in Suzuki's transition to Software-Defined Vehicles. Qt also provides a built-in proxy model for data sorting and filtering in applications, enabling easier management without altering original data. Information sessions were held to explore the implications of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and steps for compliance. A case study detailing Harman's scalable automotive HMI platform development using Qt was also published.
