Radio Philippines Network, also known as RPN, is a privately owned television and radio company headquartered in Quezon City, Philippines. Founded in 1960 by James Lindenberg, the company operates as a Philippine television and radio network. It is currently owned through a majority share by Nine Media Corporation of the ALC Group of Companies, with additional ownership stakes held by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Far East Managers and Investors Inc. (owned by the family of Roberto Benedicto), and other private sectors. The network's main offices and flagship transmitter are situated at Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City. Prior to its privatization, RPN was the sister network of the current government-owned and controlled Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation. Both networks were sequestered following the 1986 People Power Revolution, and RPN was formerly an attached agency of the now-PCO, which retained 20% of its non-controlling shares after privatization.
