Radio Televizija Republike Srpske

Radio Televizija Republike Srpske, also known as RTRS, is a state-owned public broadcasting service headquartered in Serbia. Founded in 1992, the company employs approximately 150 individuals and operates as a tier 1 media tech buyer. It functions as a foundational media institution within the Public Broadcasting System of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically serving the Republic of Srpska. RTRS operates two television channels, RTRS and RTRS Plus, alongside a radio station and an integrated digital news portal. The broadcaster provides coverage of regional politics, social issues, and Serbian cultural heritage, notably through its flagship news program, Dnevnik 2. As a publicly funded entity supported by the national RTV tax, RTRS maintains infrastructure for terrestrial, cable, and satellite distribution, positioning itself as a primary informational and institutional voice for the entity while offering global reach via specialized diaspora-focused digital services.
