The company operates as a youth association football academy system, originating as a residential school and training center in Accra. Owned by the Mansour Group, the organization has since evolved into a multi-club multi-academy group with branches in Egypt, which also includes the Mansour Group's professional teams: FC Nordsjælland in Denmark, FC Masar in Egypt, and San Diego FC in the United States.
