The company operates as a telecom operator, providing a broad spectrum of licensed telecommunications services including Internet access, cable broadcasting services utilizing IP technology for interactive television (delivering over 100 digital and high-definition HD television channels), data transmission, and the leasing of communication channels and paths at local and intrazonal levels. Additionally, Rosintel offers IP video surveillance, along with the design and construction of fiber-optic communication lines and structured cabling systems, as well as the design, construction, and maintenance of communication nodes and lines.
