Royal Media Entertainment Corporation

Royal Media Entertainment Corporation, also known as One TV, is a privately owned company headquartered in Cambodia. It was founded in 2012 as a media and TV services provider, functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer, and employs approximately 150 individuals. The company operates as a digital terrestrial pay-television (DTT) operator in Cambodia. It was initially established in September 2012 as a strategic joint venture between the Russian technology conglomerate GS Group (formerly General Satellite) and Cambodia's The Royal Group. Royal Media Entertainment Corporation pioneered Cambodia's transition from analog to digital broadcasting, becoming the nation’s first licensed DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting — Terrestrial) provider to offer a wide-scale subscription-based platform. In 2016, The Royal Group acquired GS Group’s controlling stake, bringing the operator under full local ownership as part of its broader media and telecommunications ecosystem.
