It became the nation’s first licensed DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting — Terrestrial) provider to offer a wide-scale subscription-based platform. In 2016, The Royal Group acquired GS Group’s controlling stake, bringing the operator under full local ownership as part of its broader media and telecommunications ecosystem.
