This group established the LMMG Dialog Intelligibility Implementation Agreement, aiming for a common approach to measuring and presenting dialog intelligibility across broadcast production and post-production environments. Previously, on July 16, 2026, RTW detailed its Network Display, a system that extends metering capabilities beyond physical devices by allowing any metering view to be displayed in a standard web browser. This functionality enables operators, engineers, and technical staff to access live metering from anywhere on the network without installing additional software. Earlier the same day, RTW clarified that its Network Display is designed to scale across larger installations; each browser instance consumes processing resources on the local computer for display, leaving more processing resources available on the device, with performance depending on the computer running the browser.
