News Summary:

On February 10, 2026, Sadler's Wells announced the return of the show "TUTU," choreographed by Philippe Lafeuille, featuring an all-male cast performing in flamboyant costumes. This follows the January 31 announcement for "Breakin’ Convention – Open Art Surgery," where six hip hop artists will devise and develop new hip hop theatre performances with guidance from Jonzi D and other mentors in March 2026. Previously, on January 24, an in-person led session was scheduled, inviting participants to explore the navarasas, or nine emotional states, as tools for understanding the contemporary world. Earlier in January, on the 6th, the venue revealed a new original musical by Todrick Hall, set in America’s South during the nineteenth century, which will feature a sung-through score blending gospel, rhythm and blues, classical, pop, rock opera, folk, and classic musical theatre.
