Salens Idrottsforening, also known as SalensIF, is a non-profit organization headquartered in Sweden. Founded in 1922, the club's mission is to activate and engage, inspiring thousands of families to the joy of movement by offering a safe, developing sports environment where all children and adults have the opportunity to participate in sports. The organization currently has approximately 1000 members active in one or more of its eight sports sections. The central point for its activities is the Tjärnheden sports ground, which facilitates both leader-led and spontaneous sports through amenities such as football pitches, an obstacle course, and an outdoor gym.
