This follows an earlier announcement on February 13, 2026, that SatService would supply an advanced full-service Q/V-band satellite ground station to the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, acting on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Defence of Germany. The company elaborated on February 11, 2026, that this university contract involves designing, manufacturing, testing, and delivering the ground station, including a high-performance four-meter antenna system. The new system will operate in the Q/V-band frequency range for geostationary orbit applications, providing a capability previously unavailable at the university and supporting both scientific and modern military satellite communications.
