In Q1 2023, CGI acquired SciSys. Following the acquisition, SciSys Media Solutions rebranded to CGI as part of the combination with CGI. The rebranding included SciSys Deutschland and Annova Systems, which became CGI. In the same year, CGI completed the acquisition of Dublin-based IT services provider SciSys. At NAB Show NY, CGI demonstrated its flagship Newsroom Computer System OpenMedia INFINITY at the booth of its partner.
