SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando is a privately owned marine-themed amusement park resort located in Orlando, Florida. It is part of the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment company. The resort complex includes SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, and Discovery Cove. SeaWorld Orlando is the original park, opened in 1973, and features shows, exhibits, and rides centered around marine life, including dolphins, whales, and sea lions. Aquatica Orlando is a water park with water slides, wave pools, and other water-based attractions. Discovery Cove is a day resort that offers guests the opportunity to interact with dolphins, sea lions, and other marine animals. The resort complex employs approximately 800 people and is headquartered in the United States.
