Sekhukhune United Football Club, privately owned and headquartered in South Africa, was founded in 2019 and focuses on sports tickets, merchandise, and sponsorship. The club operates as a South African soccer club from Burgersfort, Sekhukhune District, Limpopo, participating in the South African Premiership. It was formed through the purchase of a National First Division license from Tshakhuma Tsha Madivhandila by the owner of African All Stars, a SAFA Second Division team, leading to its relocation to Limpopo. In its inaugural season, the club won the 2020–21 National First Division, subsequently earning promotion to the 2021–22 South African Premiership. While based in Burgersfort, Sekhukhune United Football Club plays its home matches at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
