Servcorp, a privately owned company headquartered in Australia, founded in 1978, employs approximately 850 individuals. The company provides office space, virtual offices and services, and IT services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large businesses across 22 countries, 44 cities, and over 150 global locations.
Servcorp recently noted that many founders turn to a Virtual Office to establish a professional presence, addressing the slower development of credibility for home-based businesses, according to an April 29 analysis. Previously, on April 24, Servcorp observed that Australian businesses are questioning the suitability of long-term office leases amidst fast market shifts, rising costs, and new work habits, prompting many to review their space usage. Earlier in April, on the 13th, the company highlighted 155 North Wacker Drive as a recognized address for businesses establishing a presence in Chicago’s Loop, a central hub for financial, legal, and corporate activity. In late March, on the 26th, Servcorp discussed the demand for managed administrative support for remote CEOs in New York City, recognizing the growing administrative burdens on executives managing distributed teams. This follows a March 16 announcement for a junior editorial/content writer, which emphasized Servcorp’s global reach in providing access to desirable addresses and buildings across more than 160 locations worldwide.
