Sistema de Medios Publicos de Colombia, also known as RTVC, is a State Owned entity headquartered in Colombia. Established in 2004 following the liquidation of Inravisión and Audiovisuales, and employing approximately 630 individuals, the organization functions as the national public broadcaster under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (MinTIC). RTVC is responsible for the production, programming, and broadcasting of national public television and radio services, managing a diverse portfolio of media brands, and maintaining the technical infrastructure for the national broadcasting network, including the implementation of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT).
