Global Invacom recently established a strategic distribution partnership with Viking Satcom on June 26, 2026, granting Viking Satcom full portfolio access to Global Invacom products for primary coverage across North America, South America, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Viking Satcom will maintain local inventory to reduce lead times. Previously, on June 17, Global Invacom expanded its satellite solutions by appointing MEconnect and Mena Nets FZE as approved distributors for Prodelin SMC antennas in the Middle East and North Africa region. This followed an earlier agreement with Premix Hadlock for Prodelin antenna representation and a prior pact with Viking Satcom for the Americas. Global Invacom Group aims to raise up to $4.9 million gross proceeds through a rights issue at 3.5 cents per share, announced on June 15, to fund business expansion. Shareholders holding two shares will be entitled to subscribe for one rights share. Earlier, on June 4, Global Invacom selected Viking Satcom as its channel for Prodelin SMC antennas in the Americas market, enabling access to high-value bundles of Prodelin and Skyware SMC antennas paired with Global Invacom’s electronics. On June 2, Global Invacom Chief Commercial Officer Craig Bowley spoke at ATxEnterprise Singapore 2026, discussing the evolution of satellite communications and the convergence of terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks.
