It specializes in information technology and services, operating throughout Latin America as a provider of IT solutions. The company develops and customizes software applications, hardware platforms, and provides consulting services, predominantly to the private sector.
On September 29, 2026, Sonda, a Chilean consultancy and IT firm, partnered with Cirion to bolster its data center business in Peru, leveraging Cirion's two Lima facilities, including the 20MW LIM2 site, as Sonda does not operate its own data center in the country. Earlier, on September 6, SONDA worked to stabilize Panama’s new public transport payment system, an Account-Based Ticketing (ABT) platform, following its migration from the previous Stored Value system. Previously, on July 24, SONDA informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) that it recorded a net income attributable to owners of the parent of US$11 million for the first half of 2026, an increase of US$7.4 million compared to the same period in 2025.
