STS2500C - Spacepath Communications

The STS2500C from Space Path Communications are GaN Block Up Converters (BUCs)/Solid-State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) that convert input frequencies from 950 to 1525 MHz (L-Band, IF) to output frequencies from 5.85-6.425/6.425-6.725/6.725-7.025 GHz. They are designed to allow significant size and weight reduction while substantially improving thermal efficiency, thereby leading to high reliability.

SpacePath Communications, a division of ETL Systems, has introduced its highest power standalone C-band BUC/SSPA utilising the latest Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology.
