On August 27, 2026, Spinner introduced a rugged fiber optic video and data multiplexer that transmits two HD/SD-SDI video channels and four RS-422 data channels over a single fiber, preserving uncompressed video quality and signal synchronization for latency-critical and mission-critical applications. Previously, on June 4, 2026, Spinner GmbH received accreditation for its calibration laboratory from the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). This accreditation, effective since February 20, 2026, confirms the laboratory’s competence for calibrations in high-frequency and radiation measurement quantities, specifically including RF impedance (reflection coefficient) and RF attenuation for the PC-2.92 connector system up to 44 GHz, in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. Earlier, on February 8, 2026, UK Research and Innovation published a contract details notice for the procurement of a Load and Coupler from Spinner for test work, following a limited competition procurement exercise.
