TAG Heuer debuted a new carbon hairspring at Geneva Watch Days 2025. The company also unveiled the TH-Carbonspring oscillator, a patented, in-house developed component, at the same event. This oscillator represents a significant advancement in mechanical watchmaking. Following nearly a decade of research and development, TAG Heuer announced the capacity for serial production of a carbon-composite balance spring. Separately, on September 18, 2025, Bloomberg reported a sharp decline in Swiss watch exports due to weak Chinese demand and US tariffs. LVMH appointed a third chief executive officer for TAG Heuer within a year.
