News Summary:

On January 21, 2026, United Group B.V., the parent company of Telemach Hrvatska, completed the refinancing of €1.5 billion in bonds, strengthening its capital structure and financial flexibility. Strong investor interest allowed the Group to increase the amount of new floating interest rate (FRN) bond issuance to €1.13 billion and refinance existing PIYC PIK bonds. This follows Telemach Hrvatska's program content changes announced on December 23, 2025, which saw the removal of MTV 80s, MTV 90s, MTV 00s, MTV Hits, MTV Live HD, Club MTV, and Nick Music for EON, EON SAT, and OptiTV users in Croatia. Simultaneously, the company introduced Trace UK, Trace Latina, and Trace Ngoma channels for EON and OptiTV users. Earlier, on June 2, 2025, United Group appointed Ante Smokrović as its new Executive Director for Energy.
