Television Espanola, also known as TVE, is a state-owned company headquartered in Spain and a subsidiary of Radiotelevision Espanola (RTVE). Functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer, the company was founded in 1956 and operates with approximately 2,240 employees. It serves as Spain's national public television broadcaster, providing broadcast television and radio services. TVE is recognized as the oldest regular television service in the country and was also the first regular television service in Equatorial Guinea.
