The University of Dallas is preparing to celebrate its 70th anniversary on May 7, 2026, with an event at the Church of the Incarnation. Also on May 1, the university highlighted "The Big Event: Serving Irving," its largest one-day student-run service project, which since its 2021 introduction has mobilized students, faculty, staff, and alumni to thank Irving residents. Previously, on April 30, the university announced a President's Graduation Reception. This followed the April 29 announcement that the University of Dallas would open a full-tuition scholarship competition on May 1, exclusively for undergraduate transfer students applying for fall 2026 admission.
