Founded in 1997, it traces its origins to 1996 by veteran television executives Samuel Duque Rozo, René Gómez, and Bernardo Romero Pereiro as Producciones Bernardo Romero Pereiro, having historically operated as Fox TeleColombia and TeleColombia. With approximately 420 employees, the company specializes in content rights. It commands an extensive proprietary intellectual property repository containing over 100 original media formats and thousands of hours of Spanish-language fiction, reality programming, and live sports. Its entertainment catalogue and multi-market franchise library include Perfil Falso (Fake Profile), Delirio, Medusa, El Capo, Sitiados, Celia, Sin senos no paraíso, Mental (the first American television series produced entirely in Latin America), 2091, and the physical co-production of Sound of Freedom.
