Previously, on July 29, OxeFit Inc. filed a lawsuit in Delaware federal court, seeking a judgment that its XS1 Peak and XS1 Flow fitness machines do not infringe a Tonal Systems Inc. patent for video-gaming-assisted strength training. This legal action followed a letter from Tonal’s outside counsel, Morrison & Foerster LLP, which alleged the tablet incorporated into OxeFit’s XS1 products infringes a specific US Patent.
