Toulouse Football Club, a privately owned entity headquartered in France, was founded in 1937 and operates with approximately 370 employees. The company, officially SASP Toulouse Football Club, governs the sporting, economic, and social activities of the professional football club in Toulouse, often referred to as TFC. Its primary offering is spectator sports, with the club competing in Ligue 1, the elite of French football. The club has achieved two successive promotions, a Ligue 2 French Championship title, two European qualifications, a Champions' League preliminary round, a Gambardella Cup, two National Cup semi-finals, and eight seasons in Ligue 1. Structural development includes the creation of the panoramic restaurant "Le 1938," the construction of the South Extension offering 1800m² of reception space for the general public and VIPs, and the establishment of a Training Center in 2004. These investments contributed to the club's financial stabilization and positioning as a French training club. The TFC Foundation, established in December 2010, underscores the club's social and educational commitment in the Midi-Pyrénées region. Having received the Oscar du Mécénat in 2006 for its civic actions, TFC created its foundation to address its societal responsibilities.
