Trece

Trece, a privately owned company headquartered in Paraguay and owned by Grupo JBB, was founded in 1981 as Teledifusora Paraguaya. With approximately 20 employees, it operates as a tier 1 media tech buyer specializing in broadcast television and radio. The company functions as a free-to-air commercial television network under the licensed broadcast identity ZPV 913 TV. As one of the country's second-oldest television stations, Trece historically pioneered full-color broadcasting in the domestic market.
