True Lens Services (TLS) celebrated its 25th anniversary with a special event at CVP London on March 26, 2026. This celebration followed a March 19 report on its collaboration with cinematographer Egor Povolotskiy to rehouse a rare 1970s lens, a project embraced as both a creative opportunity and a mission to preserve a remarkable piece of optical history. Earlier, in February 2026, TLS showcased new developments at BSC Expo 2026 in London, which also served as the kickoff for its 25th-anniversary celebrations and provided a platform to discuss large-format cinematography demands. During the expo, TLS officially launched the Vega65, an in-house designed lens that represents a turning point for the company, as the Vega story began in 2017 with the first Vega lens created entirely in-house. Previously, on December 15, 2025, TLS introduced flexible finance options to assist customers with the investment of purchasing or rehousing lenses.
